1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by MCMinelab, including but not limited to:

• software development
• sale of plugins and digital solutions
• custom services
• IT services and consulting

2 — Digital Products

Products sold by MCMinelab are primarily digital goods.

Due to their nature, no right of withdrawal can be exercised after delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations for immediately delivered digital content.

3 — Custom Orders

All custom services are subject to prior discussions to clearly define the client’s needs.

Once the order is validated and work has begun:

• amounts paid are non-refundable
• work already completed remains due

In all cases, MCMinelab’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service concerned.

4 — Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

MCMinelab cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

5 — Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros.

Payment is due according to the terms specified at the time of the order.

Transactions are secured via the payment providers used by MCMinelab.

6 — Liability

MCMinelab shall not be held responsible for:

• damage resulting from improper use of the products
• incompatibilities related to third-party technical environments
• modifications made by third parties
  
  

7 — Intellectual Property

Creations, software, and plugins remain the property of MCMinelab until full payment has been received.

Any resale, redistribution, or sharing without authorization is prohibited.

8 — Support

Support may be provided according to the conditions specified at the time of purchase.

MCMinelab reserves the right to define the terms and duration of support.

9 — Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
